Plain & simple, Camp-Zero is dedicated to making the most Ruggedly Cool coolers available. By chance if you should ever find anything wrong with your Camp-Zero Cooler, please contact us immediately so we can get you back on track with your upcoming Ruggedly Cool Adventure. **Proof of purchase will be required for ALL warranty claims.**

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Camp-Zero hard-sided roto-molded coolers carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty against any defects in material and workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original owner and will be void if the product is used commercially, altered in any form, or used beyond the intended limits of the original design. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.

3-YEAR LIMITED Warranty

Camp-Zero soft sided coolers carry a 3-Year Limited Warranty against any defects in material and workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original owner and will be void if the product is used commercially, altered in any form, or used beyond the intended limits of the original design. Normal wear and tear, punctures and scrapes are not warranted.

BEAR PROOF COOLERS - IMPORTANT FACTS

Certified Bear Proof coolers also known as Grizzly Proof Coolers are coolers that are designed to keep Bears as well as other wild animals from accessing your perishables in the wilderness. Certified Bear proof coolers will not only keep your perishables safe but also is a deterrent to prevent animals attempting to gain access to contents. It is important to know that latches alone will not prevent bears or other animals from gaining access to your cooler The only secure way for your cooler to prevent access is to insure your cooler is locked with an appropriate length lock that securely locks your cooler to prevent any gap between lid and body of the cooler. Certified coolers must be pad locked to be considered Bear Proof. Please note consumers may be in violation of food storage regulations in areas where IGBC-approved products are required if these steps are not followed.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Camp-Zero warranties do not include responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use. If the warranty applies, as determined by Camp-Zero, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part or component deemed to be defective. We reserve the right to change product designs without any obligations as related to current products. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty could incorporate possible changes in design, both cosmetic and structural. All damaged products must be returned directly to Camp-Zero in the original carton or adequate cardboard carton to protect from damages. All returns must be freight prepaid. All returns must include original sales receipt and must include a Return Authorization Number RA number issued directly from Camp-Zero. Any product returned without the Camp-Zero (RA) number will NOT be accepted and will be returned to sender at senders expense.

REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST

Submit request by completing the Warranty Claim Form. Note, only products purchased from Camp-Zero directly are eligible for refund if deemed by the warranty department to be defective. If your warranty request is authorized you will be provided with a Return Authorization number (RA#) to return your product. Please note, when returning any Camp-Zero product, shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable. Please include name, address, daytime number and email address in carton being returned.

Once the return is received, please allow 7-15 business days to be processed. You will be notified once the process is completed to inform of any exchange or possible refund.

Camp-Zero dealer returns

If you have purchased a Camp-Zero product from any of our Ruggedly Cool dealer partners, please contact your dealer directly for assistance related to any warranty concerns. The dealer will determine if your damaged product might be a warranty issue. Once Camp-Zero can validate a warranty claim, we will contact you diectly with arrangements to return your product.

Please send an email to service@camp-zero.com and attach a copy of your original receipt as proof-of-purchase. Also, include a detailed description relating to the defect and attach any images of the defect. Warranty claims are subject to additional costs and are assessed by the warranty claim department at time of request. All warranty returns must have a return authorization number (RA#). Any product returned to us without an authorized RA number will be refused and returned to you. Please allow 3-5 days for a response to your submitted warranty claim. Once you receive an RA number, please make sure your product is properly packaged and insured to protect it during shipment. All returns must ship prepaid to address below. Any collect shipments will be refused. Once your return is received by Camp-Zero, Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process.
